| There are three distinct things about Pentacle 1. We do not have 'off-the=shelf' one-size-fits-all' solutions Instead we build the most effective and value-providing solution for each client 2. New World Philosophy and Thinking - we begin by assuming that the solution is to be delivered into a complex fast-changing environment. there the people delivering and receiving the change may not fully understand the challenge or the solution 3. We have created and use a unique body of knowledge of a large number of concepts, tools, techniques and frameworks we have proven work very effectively in toddy's complex world

Pentacle we will usually be following our five stage Learning2TransformTM process. 1 Engage - we find out how best to work together and build a relationship |

| 4. Implement - We carry out the delivery of the design
working with you to constantly review and alter the design as needed 5. Embed - We work with you and encourage you to develop strategies to embed the learning. These will range from building personal habits to changing organisation or corporate policies and reward and recognition schemes.
